This is one of my very favorite receipes of all time. It comes from my Mother-in-Law and you can use ANYTHING in it. Simply put 1 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of melted butter, 3 eggs and 1/2 cup of Bisquick and seasoning in a blender. Pour into a pie pan then sprinkle any veggie(spinach, broc, zucchini, etc…) or meat (crumbled bacon, chopped ham, leftover meat, etc…) and top with shreded cheese (your favorite or whatever you have that needs to be eaten). Gently push it down into the egg mixture and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let it sit until firm. This works for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. By the way, for kids I call this “Pie”.

Pizza Party for one to one-hundred

Pizza pleases everyone because it can be made to order. Even one pizza can be different on each side. Homemade pizza dough can usually be purchased in the deli section of your groc store. Of course you can also just buy premade pizza crusts in the bread section. Your favorite marinara sauce or pizza sauce can be spread over and topped with anything (veggies, meats, pinapple?) then add shredded cheese. The standard is mozarella, but go with cheddar (and bacon?) or feta (greek anyone?). I have never had a melted cheese I didn’t like. Use what you have. Load it up or keep it light and healthy.Pizza is perfect for a night spent alone or a “Make you own pizza party” for all ages.

Barbecue Ribs

Barbecue Ribs are a winner with Teens, Toddlers and Truckers. The secret is to cook them low and slow in the oven before you put them on the grill. Simply season and bake. This can even be done earlier in the day or the day before. Wrap in tinfoil. When ready to serve slather with your favorite barbecue sauce and grill them. Have lots of napkins handy. Yummy.

Chicken stuffed with Cream Cheese and wrapped with Bacon

This is one of my very favorite dishes EVER. This is so easy (3 ingredients) and the flavors are PERFECT together. Take a small boneless chicken breast (or cut a large one in half) and cut a slit thru the largest area. Stuff with cream cheese, season and wrap it with bacon strips. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes then broil until browned. These can even be put together in advance and kept in the fridge or freezer. Simply thaw and bake. Everyone loves this!
