What makes these meatballs merry?

The toothpicks you put in them when you serve them on a platter.

They look as good as they taste!

1/4 grated Parmesan cheese, 3 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce and 1 egg.

simmer with Marinara Sauce and toss with pasta. Make more merry meals.

Mexican Shredded Beef

This is perfect as a filling for Burritos, Tacos and Tostadas or serve it over rice. It is also excellent on Buns (go small and make Sliders).

Simply combine 3 pds of stew beef and 1 can of cream of celery soup with 1 can of green chilies (4 oz).

Cook in Crockpot about 8 hours.

Use a potato masher to blend liquid and seperate the meat. It should just fall apart when done.

Top with shredded cheese and sour cream and/or hot sauce.

Pimiento Cheese Paradise

I’m from Charleston, South Carolina and we LOVEĀ our Pimento Cheese.

Use it as a dip, stuff it in Chicken Breast, top off your burger or use it for grilled cheese.

Just mix together shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

with diced pimientos (roasted red peppers). (FoundĀ in the pickles section).

Add enough mayo to bind.

For xtra oooomph add diced jalapeno peppers.

Personal Pasta

Everyone loves Pasta.

My favorite is Dreamfields brand. It’s low glycemic and high fiber.

I also love whole wheat pasta.

You can use any shape you like. My family likes Angel Hair. It takes just a few minutes to cook. I like anything that makes cooking easier.

My son is a picky eater so pasta is a great way to “sneak” in things(veggies).

I take the pasta as soon as I have drained it and add butter and toss.

I add salt and pepper and parmesan cheese. This is the basic dish.

You can jazz it up with crumbled cooked bacon,

steamed peas,

chopped pepperoni,

sauteed onion, celery and garlic,

sauteed spinach or broc,

blackened chicken or steak,

artichoke hearts,

and/or whatever you want or have that needs to be eaten. I top mine with lots of red pepper flakes.

Your own Personal Pasta everytime.
