Quick Salmon Patties

The ULTIMATE good-for-you food.

In a bowl combine:

2 -6-oz cans of salmon, boned, skinned & drained

2 egg whites

dash or two of Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup of finely chopped onion

salt & pepper

5 crackers, crushed.

Shape into six patties.

In a skillet cook patties in 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat 2 minutes on each side.
