Instant Strawberry Ice Cream

You don’t need an ice cream freezer and this takes five minutes to prepare.

Place 1 container (24oz) of frozen sweetened strawberries in the blender.

Whisk together 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream in a bowl.

Start blending the berries and slowly add the cream/sugar mixture.

Stop the blender and stir it up a few times until the ice cream is smooth with small bits of berries.

Transfer to a shallow pan and freeze at least an hour.

Amazingly creamy fresh berry flavor!
