Caramel Sauce

Pour this over anything!

Melt 1 cup of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add 2 cups of sugar & 2 tsp of lemon juice.

Cook, stirring constantly with a long-handled wooden spoon about 9 minutes until mixture turns light golden brown.

Gradually add 1 cup whipping cream and cook, stirring constantly about 2 minutes.
