Coat a baking pan with olive oil and your favorite seasonings.
Toss Sweet Potatoes (cut into strips).
Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour, turning occasionally. Sweet.
This is Cheesy is so many ways. A classic inexpensive dish that everyone loves.
Brown 1 pound of ground beef with a medium chopped onion. Drain.
Stir in a can (14 1/2 oz) of Diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano undrained.
Add 1/4 cup of ketchup & 1 cup cooked macaroni and season. Stir.
Top with 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese.
My favorite restaurant gave me this receipe. I had never cooked beets before. It’s simple.
Just boil whole beets for about 15 minutes until they are tender & then peel off the skin.
Chop into cubes.
Mix apple cider vinegar with olive oil and whisk. Add in Liquid Smoke (the secret ingredient).
Marinate the beets for a few hours or overnight.
Serve over salad greens & top with Feta Cheese & crumbled bacon.
Cook a 16 oz pkg. of fettuccine pasta as the package directs.
Drain pasta & return to the pan.
Add 2/3 cup of butter to the pasta & mix well.
Add 3/4 cup of half-and-half to the pasta & mix well.
Add 3/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese & 3/4 cup more of half-and-half, season & mix well.
Add 3/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese again & mix well & serve.
You can top each portion with more Parmesan cheese and seasoning.
This is my favorite seafood dish!
Squeeze some lemon juice & seasoning over fresh peeled & deveined shrimp in a bowl.
In 30 minutes dredge the shrimp in seasoned flour. Wait another 30 minutes.
Dip shrimp in beaten egg & dredge in cracker meal.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown about 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towel & serve with cocktail or tartar sauce.
Whisk the juice of 2 lemons with 2/3 cup of mayo.
Add 4 cloves of garlic, chopped and a tbls of Worcestershire sauce.
Place chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
Drizzle with 2/3 cup of olive oil, season & toss to coat.
Drizzle lemon/garlic mixture over salad & toss to coat again.
Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese & croutons & toss to coat well.
Serve with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
