Citrusy Sweet Goodness.
Simply brown 4 pork chops slightly on both sides
and transfer to a baking pan.
Combine 1/2 cup of orange juice
and 2 tbsp brown sugar
and 2 tbsp orange marmalade
and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
Pour over the pork chops.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
This is great served over buttered noodles with steamed veggies.
