Salt and Vinegar Roasted Potatoes


I CRAVE salty crunchy food!
This fits the bill without wreaking my diet and kids like it as much as french fries or chips.
Simply cut washed/dried potatoes into whatever shape you prefer. You can cut them like chips or fries or cubes.
Toss with olive oil and seasonings, making sure to generously salt them.
Bake in the oven on low for a long time or on high for a short time depending on your schedule and when you want to eat them.
They should be crispy and brown when you serve them.
Sprinkle with malt vinegar and enjoy this perfect side dish. It couldn’t be easier.
