Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add some chopped garlic and the chicken and cook about 8 minutes, turning each piece a few times. Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep it warm. Add 1 cup of white wine, a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice and salt and pepper to the pan and bring to a boil, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom. Cook about 10 minutes until the juice is reduced and add the chicken back to the pan and toss with the sauce. Lemony Garlicy Goodness!

How cute are these! Just make deviled eggs (hard boiled yolks, mayo, chopped onion, chopped celery, relish, dash of mustard and some seasonings). Cut the hard boiled egg white into two pieces with the bottom being a little bit larger. Fill with deviled egg mixture and put the smaller egg white on top. Use two peppercorns(or olive pieces) for eyes and a carrot stick piece for the beak. Too peeping adorable!
