Garlic Lemon Chicken

These flavors are perfect together. Simply flour boneless chicken breasts that have been cut into chunks and set aside. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add some chopped garlic and the chicken and cook about 8 minutes, turning each piece a few times. Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep it warm. Add 1 cup of white wine, a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice and salt and pepper to the pan and bring to a boil, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom. Cook about 10 minutes until the juice is reduced and add the chicken back to the pan and toss with the sauce. Lemony Garlicy Goodness!
