Corn Casserole

If you bake this in a casserole dish then it’s Corn Casserole. If you bake it in a souffle dish then it’s Corn Souffle. This is so easy and makes the PERFECT side dish.

Simply mix the following:

1 can cream corn

1 can corn, drained

1 cup sour cream

1 stick of butter (room temp)

1 pkg Jiffy Corn Mufin mix

2 eggs

Chopped onion

Put into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Always a hit!
