I love to use my Slow Cooker! I think there is nothing cosier than a house filled with the smells of delicious food all day or how cool it is to walk in the door and have dinner ready? Just place boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker. You can use pork instead. I turn the cooker to high until the chicken has released watery juices (about 30-45 minutes). Then drain out those watery juices and pour your favorite barbacue sauce over th chicken and cook on low until you are ready to eat. You can stir it up every now and then if you want. It easily shreds to serve in buns or over rice. Make it as spicy or sweet as you want.
