Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

This is perfect for holidays or when you have guests or just to make a Sunday morning easier. Simply spray your crockpot with cooking spray and arrange several layers of bread, quartered, cooked and drained ground breakfast sausage and shredded cheddar cheese. (Of course all these ingredients can be substituted with what you have on hand). Beat together a dozen eggs, about 2-1/4 cup milk and seasoning and pour over your layers aready in the crockpot. Do not stir. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Do this right before you go to bed and it’s ready when you wake up. Sweet Dreams.
