I always serve Corned Beef and Cabbage on St. Paddys Day. Here’s the secret: Early in the day I put the corned beef, cabage, potatoes and carrots in the crockpot with water and seasoning. Just before serving I glaze the corned beef with honeymustard and bake in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. It will be fall-apart delish. Serve the corned beef with the potatoes, cabbage and carrots and some hot mustard or honey mustard on the side and a crunchy whole grain roll. May the luck of the Irish be with you!
