Everyone LOVES Chicken Legs…except vegetarians. There is not a simpler, more delicious, healthier dinner you can make. I purchase chicken legs in the meat dept of the groc store and put them on a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray and season. Cook on low until crispy and ready to serve. You can then serve them plain or splash them with a favorite sauce such as hot sauce or teriyaki (and sesame seeds), even barbeque sauce.These are just as good hot or cold. Love the legs!
