Black Bean & Corn Salad is easy, healthy and delicious! You can put it together with fresh, frozen or canned ingredients. Mix corn, canned black beans and fresh avacado (if you like). You can also add some chopped tomatoe. Toss with your favorite salad dressing (homemade or bottled). Some great choices are Italian with Oreganio seasoning or Southwestern dressing with Cilantro.
