These are the perfect side dish with bugers (instead of fries). Simply slice zucchini into thin rounds and put in zip-top bag that has mixed egg white and a little water. Then put the zucchini into another ziptop bag that holds a mixture of panko bread crumbs, seasoning and parm cheese. Press the breading into the zucchini. Place breaded zucchini on a baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake until crispy. I like to start them off at about 350 degrees and when they get crispy turn them down to 200 degrees until the rest of your dinner is ready. You will never crave potatoe chips again.
