Everyone in my family loves French Dip and of course the best part is the Aus Jus. I never made it at home because I just didn’t know how. My sister Lisa who is an amazing cook gave me the scoop. It’s simple…and better than a restaurant. Just purchase sliced roast beef and hogie rolls from the deli section of the groc store. Put beef broth, seasonings and garlic in a pot and warm, add the roast beef to the pot and simmer until ready to put on the heated rolls. Top with a slice of your favorite cheese and broil to melt. Serve with the Aus Jus on the side and enjoy dipping. This is AMAZING!
