Baked Parmesan Lemon Chicken with Sauteed Spinach

I like to buy chicken breasts cutlets. This way you don’t have to “pound” it. Dip breasts in a mixture of egg white and water, then bread in a zip-top bag with a mixture of panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and seasoning, Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Saute some spinach with garlic and olive oil and place the chicken over the spinach and squeeze with lemon. Healthy and Great.
