Scallops with Lemon and Parm


I use frozen scallops and always have a quick and healthy dinner. Everyone in my family loves scallops. Thaw them on paper towels for about an hour before cooking. Dry them and toss them with olive oil and seasonings. Sear in a hot pan a few minutes on each side. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle parmesan on top. Delish!
